Engineering design at Sólvang
The Municipality of Hafnarfjörður invites tenders for the engineering design of a new nursing home at Sólvang in Hafnarfjörður. Tenders will be opened on Monday 19 September 2016 at 11:00.
The Municipality of Hafnarfjörður invites tenders for the engineering design for the construction of a new care home at Sólvang in Hafnarfjörður.
The building will be about 4,000 m2 Three storeys and a partially finished basement. Engineering design includes structural engineering, earthworks, plumbing systems, ventilation systems, electrical systems, acoustics and fire protection. It also involves designing modifications to the site's drainage pipework.
The tender for the works is scheduled to be in phases, with the first on 2 December 2016 and the last on 5 May 2017. Design work must commence as soon as a contract has been concluded with the consultant.
