Let's experience nature together in a unique way in a secret cave just outside Hafnarfjörður. We are going to have a magical time together in this beautiful cave, listening to gentle tunes and singing mantras and Icelandic songs that we all know and love. We will end the session with a magical sound bath like no other. As the tones echo through the cave, it is as if the earth itself joins in the creation, resulting in something indescribably powerful.
We will meet at the car park for the walking trail to Helgafell and walk from there a very short distance to a well-hidden cave. Before we go inside, a cup of 100% pure cacao, which comes all the way to us from the rainforests of South America, will be offered.
We ask people to come well-dressed and with a cushion or something else to sit on that can get dirty.
Free admission
Limited places, so booking is essential by email at karmad@karmad.is

Experience Icelandic nature in a truly unique way. Inside a hidden cave close to the Reykjavík area. We are going to have a magical evening in this wonderful location, listen to beautiful music, sing mantras and Icelandic folk songs together that have a deep connection to the hearts of the Icelandic people. At the end there will be a magnificent tonebath session like no other. When the tones echo in the cave walls it is as if Mother Earth takes part in the creation and something truly indescribable takes place.
We will meet in the car park near the walking path to Helgafell mountain. From there we will take a short walk to a hidden cave. Before we enter, we will serve 100% pure ceremonial cacao from our friends in the Amazon. We will set our intention and meditate on what we want to leave behind and what we want to take with us when we leave the cave. Inside the cave, we will sing mantras and traditional Icelandic songs together before enjoying a healing and relaxing sound bath. Please dress warmly and bring a pillow or something to sit on that can get a little dirty.
