Upplifum náttúruna saman á einstakan hátt í leyndum helli rétt fyrir utan Hafnarfjörð. Við ætlum við að eiga saman töfrandi stund í þessum fallega helli, hlusta á ljúfa tóna og syngja saman möntrur og íslenska söngva sem við þekkjum öll og elskum. Enda svo stundina í mögnuðu tónabaði sem er engu líkt. Þegar tónarnir bergmála í hellinum er eins og jörðin taki þátt í sköpuninni og úr verður eitthvað ólýsanlegt og magnað.

Við hittumst við bílastæðið hjá gönguleiðinni að Helgafelli og göngum þaðan örstuttan spöl að vel földum hellisskúta. Áður en inn er farið verður boðið upp á bolla af 100% hreinu cacao sem kemur alla leið til okkar úr frumskógum Suður Ameríku.

Við biðjum fólk á að koma vel klætt og með púða eða annað til að sitja á sem má óhreinkast.

Experience Icelandic nature in a truly unique way. Inside a hidden cave close to the Reykjavík area. We are going to have a magical evening in this wonderful location, listen to beautiful music, sing together mantras and Icelandic folk songs that have a deep connection to the hearts of the Icelandic people. In the end there will be a magnificent tonebath session which is like no other. When the tones echo in the cave walls it is like mother earth takes part in the creation and something truly indescribable takes place.

We will be meeting in the parking lot near the waking path to Helgafell mountain. From there we will take a short walk to a hidden cave. Before we enter we will serve 100% pure ceremonial cacao from our friends in the Amazons. We place our intention and meditate on what we want to leave behind and what we want to take with us when leaving the cave. Inside the cave we will sing together mantras and Icelandic traditional songs before we enjoy a healing and relaxing soundbath. Please dress in warm clothing and bring a pillow or something to sit on that can get a little dirty.
