We warmly welcome parents of infants to a practical parenting course on accident prevention and first aid for infants on 10 February at our library in Hafnarfjörður. Hrafnhildur Helgadóttir is a nurse, teacher and a qualified first aid instructor. Hrafnhildur covers topics such as:
-Prevention,
Resuscitation
– Release of foreign objects
– Heat cramp
– Burn wound
– Poisoning
The lecture also includes practical exercises for participants to try out.
Participation is, of course, free of charge and entry is permitted subject to available capacity.
