On Thursday, 8th December, the Women's Choir of Hafnarfjörður will hold a Christmas concert in Víðistaðakirkja, entitled 'Blikar stjarna'. A variety of classic Christmas songs will be performed, alongside newer pieces, all designed to bring the festive spirit and joy of Christmas. This will be the first concert for the Hafnarfjörður Women's Choir under the baton of Arngerður María Árnadóttir. The pianist is Dagný Arnalds. The concert at Víðistaðakirkja begins at 20:00, and tickets will be sold at the door. Tickets cost 3,500 kr., but are free for children aged 12 and under.
