Join the Happiness Helgafell Walk, as Rúnar Pálsson leads participants up Helgafell during the Happiness Days in Hafnarfjörður. 

Helgafell has long been one of the iconic mountains of Hafnarfjörður, and few know its history and unique atmosphere better than Rúnar. He has walked the mountain countless times and for the last 30 years has looked after the summit's guestbook, which contains countless greetings and memories from those who have made their way up the mountain. 

The walk is a unique opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, some exercise and good company at one of the town's most beautiful viewpoints. 

Whether you've walked Helgafell a hundred times or are making your way there for the first time, you are most welcome.
