19 August at 8 pm – Mindfulness walk at Hvaleyrarvatn

Bryndís Jóna Jónsdóttir is leading a walk near Hvaleyrarvatn. We are going to experience this natural gem through our senses. We will reflect together on what mindfulness entails, how we can be more present in our lives, promote better balance, and practise outdoors in nature. The walk will start from the west end of Lake Hvaleyrarvatn.

The City of Hafnarfjörður is offering cultural and health walks every Wednesday evening this summer. Most of the walks take about an hour and start at 8 p.m., unless otherwise stated. The Cultural and Health Walks are a joint project by Hafnarborg, the Hafnarfjörður Folk Museum, the Hafnarfjörður Library and Healthy Hafnarfjörður. Participation is free and everyone is welcome.
