Villingar Art Studio invites you to join us at carefully selected locations in Hafnarfjörður this summer, where we will meet and create together.
The workshop is free of charge and open to all, regardless of age or ability.
There will be travel easels, sketchbooks, urban sketching guides and more on site, but those who wish may also bring their own tools. We will draw our surroundings and draw inspiration from both the location and the company.
Artist and academic Sigtryggur Ægir Kárason and illustrative-trained graphic designer Sveinn Snær Kristjánsson will lead the workshop, which will be held on Saturdays:
4th July @ Hafnarborg, the art and cultural centre of Hafnarfjörður
11th July @ Hellisgerði
18th July @ Hafnarfjörður Ice Hall
25th July @ Flensborgarskólan in Hafnarfjörður

Villingar workshop invites you to join us at selected locations in Hafnarfjörður this summer for a number of creative outdoor meet-ups.
The workshop is free and open to people of all ages, with or without creative experience.
Travel easels, sketchbooks, pencils and more are provided on location, so participants can either bring their own supplies or simply enjoy using ours. We'll be drawing our surroundings and finding inspiration in both our location and the company of other creatives.
