Science Cocoa is an event for curious children who want to have a direct conversation with scientists, to hear what they research and what it's like to work in science.

At Science Cocoa, guests have the opportunity to meet members of the scientific community for an informal chat about the research they are undertaking, and, most importantly, to ask countless questions about everything involved in working in research and science.

At this Science Coffee, Dr Margrét Helga Ögmundsdóttir, a professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Iceland, will tell guests about her research and scientific work.

The event is expected to last for about an hour and, of course, mulled wine and doughnuts will be served while supplies last.

Please note that Science Café will be held ten times this winter at different libraries in the capital region.

Admission is free and all are welcome.

The full programme for Science Chocolate can be found at Science Night homepage.
