Site Preparation and Landscaping
Site preparation shall generally comply with the building regulations. The plot holder is responsible for all works and finishing on their own plot and must ensure that everything complies with the approved drawings, planning conditions, and the elevation figures as per the elevation plan.
Guidelines have been prepared to improve the quality of the design and implementation of plots, and to provide guidance on construction and the processing of applications. These guidelines cover the main aspects of the finishing of residential plots, detailing what is and is not permitted.
