About the Gallup Poll
Gallup conducts an annual service survey among the country's twenty largest municipalities to assess satisfaction with services, make comparisons, and examine changes from previous measurements. Data collection took place from 12 December 2022 to 23 January 2023. The survey is based on a stratified random sample of 18 years and over from the Gallup panel. In Hafnarfjörður, 432 individuals responded to the survey. The survey results provide an indication of residents' satisfaction with certain services, regardless of whether they use them or not. They also provide information on areas of service that would be beneficial to examine in more detail. The results were presented at a meeting of the town council this morning.
