  Minutes from the planning and building officer's disposal meetings were presented. 31.10.12 and 07.11.12. Item A was dealt with by the building officer in accordance with the Building Act no. 160/2010. Submitted.

• Budget for the municipal fund and its enterprises 2012-2015.

  Item 3 from the minutes of the BÆJH meeting of 15 November. An addendum to the 2012 budget was presented. The finance manager attended the meeting and explained the addendum. $line$Burough Council refers the following proposal to the Town Council:$line$“The Town Council of Hafnarfjörður approves the present Supplement IV to the 2012 budget of the Municipality of Hafnarfjörður.“$line$

Guðrún Ágústa Guðmundsdóttir made a second objection. $line$$line$The Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved the proposed motion with 6 votes. 5 abstained.$line$$line$Helga Ingólfsdóttir made the following statement on behalf of the Independence Party representatives:$line$$line$“Annex VI to the 2012 budget is hereby presented. $line$ $line$ On 23 May last. the representatives of the Independence Party put forward a proposal for supplementary funding for property maintenance in the amount of 34 million, in light of how severely the department has been under-resourced in recent years and the increased maintenance workload due to the takeover of properties for the disabled services.$line$ $line$ It is very unfortunate that the proposal from the representative of the Independence Party, which was referred to the town council with all votes cast, should not receive the processing from the mayor that this department was to receive the additional funding that was proposed was to be provided in accordance with the proposal put forward.“$line$$line$$line$Valdimar Svavarsson (sign), Rósa Guðbjartsdóttir (sign), Kristinn Andersen (sign), Geir Jónsson (sign), Helga Ingólfsdóttir (sign). A short recess was taken.$line$$line$Guðrún Ágústa Guðmundsdóttir submitted the following motion on behalf of the representatives of the Left-Green and Social Democratic parties:$line$$line$“Here we are approving Annex IV to the 2012 budget. The booking by the representative of the Independence Party relates to none of the items contained therein. $line$The booking by the representative of the Independence Party concerns a proposal that was put forward in the town council on 23 May and referred to the town board, which tasked the mayor with processing the matter. Maintenance work was carried out on the five properties that were purchased from the state. That maintenance was funded partly by the Property Fund and partly by the Housing Office. The mayor has requested a breakdown of the maintenance carried out, as specified in the original proposal from the Independence Party.
