The Town Council welcomes this project and approves it for its part, and that the town's share of 3.5 million kr. will be taken from the welfare fund. The Councillor for the Independence Party points out that consultation must be held with the Riding Club Sörli regarding the laying of footpaths in the uplands and the planting of trees to accompany them.;

The Service and Development Manager attended the meeting and presented a draft partnership agreement with the Icelandic Innovation Centre on the development of the centre, which will be located at 11 Standgata.

The Director of the Planning and Building Department attended the meeting and presented the request from the Planning and Building Committee, which seeks the town council's opinion on Gardabær's proposal for amended town boundaries at Hrafnista and Molduhraun.
The Town Council welcomes the proposal and endorses the decision of the Planning and Building Committee.;
