  To be taken up again.

  The town council points out that work on the area's planning is about to begin and that this matter will be resolved during that process. The matter is also referred to the mayor.

• 1001196 – Reykjanes Nature Reserve, management structure

  A proposal from the board of Reykjanes National Park, dated 15 November 2011, regarding the future of the park was presented. Sverrir Bollason and Helena Mjöll Jóhannsdóttir, representatives of the park's board, attended the meeting and went over the matter.

  The town council refers the matter to the mayor for further consideration.

• 1111016 – SSH, changes to the statutes

  A single SSH motion was submitted regarding the nomination to the new representative council of the Association of Municipalities in the Capital Region.

  The town council refers the election of 5 representatives to the town council.

• 1111127 – Terms of reference

  Taken up again. Drafts of the council's terms of reference were presented. Also presented were drafts of the rules on contracts.

  The Town Council refers the terms of reference and the rules of procedure to the Town Board.

• 0907115 – Keeping of livestock, approved,

  The by-law on keeping domestic and companion animals was reconsidered. The town solicitor attended the meeting and presented the by-law.

  The Town Council refers the resolution to the first reading in the Town Council.

• 1104347 – Loan refinancing

  Taken up again. The Mayor and the Finance Director reported on discussions with the town's lenders. Also present at the meeting were Gudmundur Hjaltason from MP Bank and Kristjan Thorbergsson from Landslag.

  The Town Council refers the matter to the Town Board for processing.

• Budget of the municipal fund and its enterprises 2012-2015

  Draft financial statements for the municipal treasury and its enterprises for the years 2012-2015 were presented.Submission of the Education Committee's resolution on the education plan and a proposal for fees. Also, the Family Council's resolution on the family services plan and its fees.

  The Town Council refers the draft financial plan for 2012-2015, together with the proposals for service charges, to the Town Council for its first reading.

  Taken up again. Submitted the Education Committee's decision on the proposals.

  Taken up again. A report from the Planning and Building Committee is presented.

• 1111384 – Association of Energy Municipalities,

  Resolutions and a notice regarding the board of SO, the Association of Energy Municipalities, were presented.

  The Town Council proposes to the City Council: “The City Council of Hafnarfjörður agrees to become a founding member of the Association of Energy Municipalities and also confirms that Gunnar Axel Axelsson will be the representative of Hafnarfjörður on the association's board.“

• 0705196 – Sólvangur

  A letter from the Ministry of Finance, dated 25 November 2011, regarding the municipality's shareholding in the care home Sólvangur was presented. The letter is a response to a letter from the Municipality of Hafnarfjörður dated 9 May.
