The committee expresses its disappointment with the ministry's poor response. It was decided to speak with the management of the Sveinssafns about the current situation.

It was reported that on 18 October 2012 the Hafnarfjörður Library will celebrate its 90th anniversary. An email from the director was presented.

The committee thanks the newly appointed operations manager, Páll L. Sigurðsson, for the information and requests figures on the number of tourists and overnight stays at the campsite for the summer of 2011, with a comparison to previous years.
