• 1011117 – Grindavík-Seltún, Service contract with Reykjanes Nature Reserve.

  Postponed until the next meeting.

• 1111068 – Hátíð Hamarskotslækjar, grant application.

  A grant application was submitted for the Hamarskotlækur Festival, which will be held on 11 December this time.

  The committee cannot comply with the request.

• 1106052 – Survey of the number of tourists in Hafnarfjörður in 2011.

  Deferred to the next meeting. Data from Rannsóknir og ráðgjöf í ferðaþjónustu ehf. did not arrive before the meeting.

• 10021337 – Tourism in Hafnarfjörður, meetings with businesses

  Discussion about when and how to hold the next meeting. Discussion about the poor attendance of tourism providers at these meetings.

  The matter has been discussed.

• 11021243 – The Icelandic Film Archive and Bæjarbíó.

  Deferred to the next meeting. No new information has been received from the Ministry of Education.

• 1111072 – Development Fund for Tourist Destinations. The application deadline is 25 November.

  Discussing whether Hafnarfjörður should apply for this new fund. Half of the project's costs must be paid by the applicant.

  The cultural and tourism representative has been tasked with exploring the basis for an application, together with the board of Reykjanes National Park.

• 1111060 – Anniversary exhibition at the Hafnarfjörður Library to mark the 50th anniversary of the death of Friðrik Bjarnason, the 100th birthday of Páll Kr. Pálsson, and the 90th anniversary of the Hafnarfjörður Library.

  A letter of introduction from Njáll Sigurðsson was presented.
