Thórður Sverrisson from Capacent reviews the report of a working group which examined an assessment of opportunities for increased cooperation or a merger of the Operations Department and the Planning and Building Department. Furthermore, the administrative changes concerning the department, which were adopted at the town council meeting on 29 June 2011, will be reviewed.
