• 0805302 – Distribution tank on the South Fill

  A report from Verkís on the matter was presented.

  Gunnlaugur Pétursson from Verkís attended the meeting and went through a memo from Verkís dated 27/10/2009, which was prepared by Ólafur Erlingsson.;

• 0711020 – Uppland, Hafnarfjörður, outline plan.

  Landscape architect Thráinn Hauksson presents the framework plan.

  The Executive Council thanks Thráinn for the presentation.;

• 0909084 – Holtaberg and its connection to Hólsberg

  Taken up again. The planning and building department's report dated 14 October 2009 and the council's minutes of 20 October were presented.

  Referred to the Operations Department for consideration of cost.;

• Social rental housing, maintenance

  Sigurbjartur Halldórsson will attend the meeting and review maintenance matters for social housing.

  The Executive Committee agrees that work on the matter will continue in accordance with the discussion at the meeting.;

• 0909024 – Property managers

  Jón Bergsveinsson will attend the meeting and review the duties of property managers and their transfer to the Operations Department.

  John thanked everyone for the presentation, and it was proposed that the experience of these changes be reviewed in 1-2 years' time.;

• 09103148 – Sólvangsvegur, sale of a shared ownership home

  Possible sale of a share-owned flat at Sólvangsveg 3.

  The Executive Council has no comments on the sale and refers the matter to the Town Council for finalisation.;

• 0701255 – Water storage tank, Áslandi III

  The results of the price survey for steelwork in the control room were presented.

  The Executive Board agrees to enter into a contract with the lowest bidder, Stál og suðu ehf.;
