  The Family Council is responsible for the City of Hafnarfjörður's family policy and will review it every two years.

  The Family Council instructs the working group on family policy to begin preparations for a review of the policy.;

  Figures on unemployment in Hafnarfjörður for January 2010 were presented. The „Analysis of the Status and Prospects of the Labour Market, Labour Market Measures and Counselling“, dated 23 February, was presented.
