  The meeting was attended by Árni Sverrisson, Director of Sólvangur, who outlined the planned changes to the operation of Sólvangur, such as a reduction in full-time equivalent positions and a reorganisation of the shift pattern and departmental staffing.

  The Family Council thanks Arni Sverrisson for an informative meeting and refers the matter to the town council for further discussion.;
