  Geir Bjarnason attended the meeting and presented the results of a recent study on the behaviour and well-being of students in the 8th, 9th and 10th grades in Hafnarfjörður in 2012.

  Sóley Jónsdóttir, an occupational therapist, attended the meeting and presented the activities for the 2011-2012 winter. $line$Vinaskjól is a collaborative project between Hafnarfjörður, Garðabær and Kópavogur on extended presence for 16-20 year old secondary school students. $line$

• 1110181 – Disabled people, advisory council (user council)

  Nominations from ÖBÍ and Down's Association for the advisory board were put forward.

  The Director was tasked with convening the first meeting of the advisory board.

• 1106161 – Proposals of the Hafnarfjörður Youth Council.

  Proposals from the Hafnarfjörður Youth Council, which were presented to the town council on 6 June.

  The aspects of the proposals relating to family services were discussed. The Director was tasked with organising a meeting with representatives of the youth council to follow up on the proposals.

• 1206124 – Minutes, rules on supporting documents

  Rules concerning the publication of data with minutes were presented, which were approved at the town council meeting on 9 August.

• 0701243 – Appeal

  The decision of the Appeals Committee in case no. 12/2012 was presented.Also submitted is the ruling of the Social Services and Housing Appeals Board in case no. 25/2012, which confirms the decision of Family Services Hafnarfjörður.
