• 0810280 – Harbour's 2009 Operating and Financial Budget

  The harbour's operating and financial budget for 2009 presented for first reading.

  It was agreed to take the budget to the second reading in early December.

• 0702364 – 100th anniversary of the Port of Hafnarfjörður.

  The chair of the anniversary committee, Ásta María Björnsdóttir, reviewed the status of preparations for the celebrations to mark the harbour's 100th anniversary in 2009.

• 0801261 – Water treatment system at the Port of Hafnarfjörður.

  Draft agreement on the harbour's water supply system with the Hafnarfjörður Waterworks was presented.

  The Harbour Board approves the draft agreement and authorises the Harbour Master to sign the agreement on behalf of the harbour.

• 0808158 – Óseyrarbraut 29, the Sewerage Tank

  A proposal by Hafnarfjörður Sewerage for the layout around the Sewerage's distribution tank in the Hvaleyrarhöfn area, and proposals for a plot alteration to the plots at Óseyrarbraut 29 and 31, were presented.

  The Harbour Board instructs the Harbour Master to continue working on this matter and to hold discussions with the relevant parties.

• 0703213 – A vision for a leisure marina in the fjord

  The harbour master presented new draft proposals for the future vision for the fjord.
