• 0702364 – 100th anniversary of the Port of Hafnarfjörður.

  The chair of the anniversary committee, Ásta María Björnsdóttir, outlined the committee's proposals for the year's events.

  The Port Authority welcomed the anniversary committee's proposals and instructed the committee to continue working on the ideas already on the table. The harbourmaster was also tasked with considering the old lighthouse at Vitastíg in connection with the anniversary year.

• 0901172 – Tariff schedule 1 1 2009

  Drafts of the harbour's new tariff were presented.

  The Harbour Board unanimously approves a new tariff schedule, which comes into effect on 01.02.2009. The main changes are that dock fees increase by 11.1%, and berth hire by 8.25%. A very few other items increase, while most remain unchanged.

• 0812164 – Floating dock VOOV, claim for transport

  A report from the harbour master was presented regarding the request from Ístak hf. for the harbour to pay the costs of transporting the floating quay.

  The Harbour Board instructs the Harbour Master to reply to the letter from Ístak hf. in consultation with the Chairman of the Harbour Board and the Mayor.
