  The harbour master reported on his forthcoming meeting with the finance manager of the City of Hafnarfjörður and representatives of Ístak hf. regarding the matter.

  The Port Authority agrees to grant the Port Director full authority to enter into an agreement for the settlement of the Port's debt to Ístak hf.;

  The Harbour Board agreed to seek a partnership with the Culture and Tourism Committee to develop services related to cruise ship visits.;

  The chairman recalled that for some time the harbour board had been considering exploring the possibility of establishing a cold store on the Hafnarfjörður Harbour site.

  The Port Authority instructs the harbourmaster to begin an investigation into the construction of a cold store in Hafnarfjörður. The first phase is to make a rough estimate of the cost, location and possible partnership for the construction and operation of such a cold store.
