  The annual report of the Port of Hafnarfjörður for the year 2009 was presented. The Finance Manager for the City of Hafnarfjörður, Gerður Guðjóndóttir, attended the meeting. She explained the accounts and went over their main points together with the Port Director, Má Sveinbjörnsson, who answered questions on specific aspects of the annual accounts.

  The Harbour Board resolves to refer the draft annual accounts of the Port of Hafnarfjörður to the Town Council and for a subsequent discussion at the Harbour Board.;

• Assessment of the assets of Hafnarfjörður Harbour

  The harbour master went over the revaluation of the harbour's assets, which was carried out as part of the revaluation of the City of Hafnarfjörður's assets.

  The harbour master reported on the results of the relocation of the VOOV floating pontoon to the area off Hvaleyrargarður.

  The mayor and the harbourmaster presented the progress of Glacier World Ltd.'s preparations for the export of water from Hafnarfjörður.
