• 1011392 – Projects related to port activities.

  Review of two harbour board meetings with operators, freight forwarders and service providers at the Port of Hafnarfjörður.

  Meeting attendees expressed their satisfaction with this series of meetings, the good turnout and the discussions, and felt that it could be a good step into the future. The next meeting will be held on Thursday 17 February at Turninum, and tourism professionals will be invited.;

• 1003282 – The Lighthouse, boundary of the plot at 12 Lighthouse Street

  The harbour master submitted his report on the plot boundaries near the lighthouse on Lighthouse Road.

  The Harbour Board considers it very important that access to the lighthouse is guaranteed due to its cultural and historical value, and also to carry out its maintenance and inspection.;

• 1012138 – Loan from Íslandsbanki for the refinancing of a Bayerische Landesbank loan.

  Draft loan agreement between the Port of Hafnarfjörður and Íslandsbanki was presented.

  The Harbour Board approves this loan agreement and recommends to the Hafnarfjörður Town Council: "The Hafnarfjörður Town Council authorises Hafnarfjörður Harbour to mortgage its assets in accordance with the attached draft loan agreement with Íslandsbanki."";

• Budget, settlement and annual accounts 2010

  Information from the harbour's operations for the year 2010 was presented.

• 11022265 – Use of 27 Óseyrarbraut

  Rein SF's request for short-term letting of part of 27 Óseyrarbraut was presented.

  The Port Authority authorises Rein sf to use the plot of land at Óseyrarbraut 27 in accordance with the terms presented by the harbour master at the meeting.;
