A memorandum from the Ministry of the Interior regarding the operational models of ports was presented. The harbour master explained the main points of the memorandum.
It was agreed to prepare a proposal to amend the harbour's regulations, ensuring that the Port of Hafnarfjörður is classified as a harbour with a harbour board within the meaning of point 2 of Article 8 of the Harbours Act.

Review the status of the harbour's projects.
It was agreed to instruct the harbour board's working group, which was appointed for negotiations with Alcan, to work with the harbour master on the advancement of the harbour's priority projects.

1101169 – Lónsbraut 4. Site condition survey.
A complaint was submitted by the unit owner of Lónsbraut 4 regarding the accumulation of various items on the property. Photographs were submitted in support of the complaint.
It was agreed to instruct the harbour master to pursue this matter in cooperation with the building inspector and to follow it up vigorously.
