• 1001275 – Hafnarfjörður Rescue Squad, housing matters

  Statement on the Rescue Squad's housing situation, dated 10 February 2010.

  The Executive Council refers the letter of intent to the Town Council for approval. Ingimar Ingimarsson left the meeting during the processing of this item.;

• 1001273 – Property Transfer Agreements-Hafnarfjörður Municipality

  Agreements for the exchange of property concerning Sólvangur Road 2 and Brekkugata 19 were presented.

  The Executive Council instructs the Executive Directorate to finalise the matter on the basis of the submitted property division agreements.;

• 0702055 – Nursing home in Vällar

  Lögð fram bókun Fjölskylduráðs frá miðvikudeginum 3. febrúar 2010, „Fjölskylduráð beinir því til framkvæmdaráðs að hefja, í samstarfi við starfshóp bæjarstjórnar, undirbúning að byggingu 60 rýma hjúkrunarheimilis skv. gildandi skipulagi á Völlum 7.“%0D

  The Executive Council requests a memorandum from the Executive Department on the status of the matter. Furthermore, the Director of the Executive Department and the Head of the Property Society are tasked with following up on the matter.;

• 0712118 – Operations, Integration

  Review the situation.

  The Executive Board will wait for the Head of Department to have completed the staff interviews and will then take the matter up again.;

• 0906162 – Property registration

  Review the situation.

  The Executive Council instructs KPMG, the auditors for the City of Hafnarfjörður, to prepare a report on the Public-Private Partnership agreements and the buy-out of Nýsis properties in the summer of 2009.  The Director is tasked with following up on the matter in consultation with the Finance Director.;

• 0702036 – Kaplakrika Sports Hall, construction works

  A memorandum regarding Kaplakriki was presented.

  The Executive Council thanks Erlendur Á. Hjálmarsson, project manager, for his review. Sigurður Haraldsson left the meeting during the handling of this item.;
