  1. General presentations

    • 1106139 – Head Gardener, summer 2011 operations

      Björn B Hilmarsson, the head gardener, will attend the meeting and present the summer's activities.

    • 1101004 – Operations Department, Budget Monitoring

      A statement of operations for the last 4 months was presented.

    • 0702036 – Kaplakrika Sports Hall, construction works

      Minutes of the Building Committee, no. 95 and 96, were presented. A letter from the Fimleikafélag Hafnarfjarðar, dated 6 June 2011, to the Building Committee was also presented. Gunnar Svavarsson, chairman of the building committee, and Viðar Halldórsson, chairman of FH, attended the meeting and presented the matter.

      The Executive Board has received a letter from FH to the Kaplakriki Construction Committee regarding the continuation of construction work on the athletics hall at Kaplakriki. The Executive Board refers the letter to the Town Council and reiterates that the building should be completed in such a way that it is not at risk of damage. The most cost-effective option will be chosen to that end.

    • 0703024 – Water supply, Fagridalur investigations

      Fagridalur application for a licence to exploit following research.

      The Executive Committee agrees to authorise the Waterworks Manager to apply for a water abstraction licence in Fagradal for the water rights there.
