    • 0703337 – Drainage system, connection to Garðabær

      The stage manager reports on the matter; the minutes of meetings 9-11 are also presented.

      The Executive Committee agrees with the Director's view that working meetings should be held very frequently to conclude the matter, and that a draft decision should be available for the next Executive Committee meeting.

  • 0902022 – Grindavík Seltún, toilet

    A proposal has been submitted from Reykjanes National Park regarding a shelter and toilet facilities at Seltún.

    Ishmael David attended the meeting. The Executive Committee agrees, for its part, to use the budget allocation for the Reykjanes National Park project to operate the toilet facilities at Seltún.;

  • 1004116 – Finishing of street boxes at Vellir 5, Vellir 6, Ásland 3 and Skipalón

    A cost estimate was presented for the finishing of footpaths in these neighbourhoods.

    The Executive Council instructs the Executive Department to prepare a prioritisation for the finishing of footpaths in these neighbourhoods and to draw up the tender documents.;

  • 1004115 – Road marking in Hafnarfjörður 2010

    The outcome of the tender for road markings was presented.

    The Executive Committee agrees to enter into a contract with the lowest bidder, Vegamálun ehf, whose bid amounted to kr. 2,235,000. The client's cost estimate is kr. 3,720,000. A total of four tenders were received for the work.;

  • 1003343 – Environmental Watch 2010

    At the meeting, a list of applicants for the environmental monitoring programme will be presented.

    Ishmael David reported on a list of applications from non-governmental organisations for the environmental monitoring.;

  • 0805302 – Distribution tank on the South Fill

    The stage manager reports on the matter.

    The Executive Board requests that a representative from Verkís attend the next meeting and report on the status of the matter.;
