  A letter from the Federation of Industry dated 19 December 2008 regarding a meeting on the engineering supply for 2009 was presented. The meeting will be held in February.

  The Municipality of Hafnarfjörður will take part in the tender conference, but the town will also be holding a project conference in Hafnarfjörður a week later.The Executive Board invites the following parties to take part in the conference: Orkuveita Reykjavíkur, Hitaveita Suðurnesja, Vegagerðin and Landsnet.
