  On 14 June 2010, Teitur Frímann Jónsson applied for permission to combine two property plots, alter the internal layout, add a dormer to the south side of the roof and extend the entrance hall, in accordance with drawings by Friðrik Friðriksson dated 2 June 2010.

  The Planning and Building Officer approves the building plans in accordance with Article 11 of the Building Regulations Act no. 160/2010. A building permit will be issued once the conditions of paragraphs 1-4 of Article 13 of the Building Regulations Act have been fulfilled.
