    • SB040377 – Minutes of the Planning and Building Officer

      Minutes of the planning and building officer's disposal meetings of 14.11.12 and 21.11.12 were presented. Item A was dealt with by the building officer in accordance with the Building Regulations Act no. 160/2010.

    • 1211119 – Major planning changes, Svartsengi Power Station to Arfadalsvik

      A proposal from Ingvar Gunnlaugsson, Planning and Building Officer for Grindavíkurbær, dated 07.11.12, is presented, in which two major planning proposals are put forward for consultation. The changes concern an outlet from the Svartsengi Power Station and the town centre of Grindavík.

    • 1211294 – Promotional matters

      The department's promotional matters were discussed. Steinunn Þorsteinsdóttir, the publicity officer, and Garðar Rafn Eyjólfsson from the IT department attended the meeting.

      The Planning and Building Committee thanks the presenter. The Planning and Building Committee instructs the Head of Department to continue promoting planning and building matters on the City of Hafnarfjörður's website and to ensure good public access to information concerning planning and building matters, particularly regarding the issuing of building permits, the planning change process, etc.

    • 1210356 – 14 Brekkugata, zoning plan amendment

      Ragnar Agnarsson applied on 16/10/12 for a change to the detailed plan for a plot. The application was subject to local consultation in accordance with section 2 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010. The deadline for comments was 19/11/2012. A comment was received. The application was considered at the planning and building officer's meeting on 21 November 2012, which referred it to the Planning and Building Committee.

      The Planning and Building Council instructs the Planning and Building Department to prepare a response to the comment.

    • 0709238 – Herjólfsgata 30-34, zoning plan amendment

      The local plan amendment approved on 05.09.06 was annulled by the Planning and Building Appeals Board. Subsequent amendments to the detailed plan for the plot were also annulled. The Detailed Plan for Hleinar to Langeyrarmólar from August 2001 is therefore still in effect for the plot.

    • Application for the extension of the plot at Fornubúðir 3

      Application from Haraldur Jónsson ehf. for the extension of the plot at Fornubúðir 3 out to Cuxhavengata, dated 5 October 2012 and signed by Haraldur Jónsson, Managing Director. The Harbour Board approved the application for its part and referred the matter to the Planning and Building Committee for the necessary changes to the detailed plan.

      The Planning and Building Committee refers the above application dated 5 October 2012 for a plot extension to the Town Council. The Planning and Building Department is also tasked with preparing an assessment of the application.

    • 1210117 – Removal of the obligation regarding traffic on plots Fb 1, 3 and 5

      An application is submitted by Fiskvinnslan Kambs hf, Haraldur Jónsson ehf and Fornubúðir eignarhaldsfélag to have a right of way for traffic between houses Fornubúðir 1 and 3 on the one hand, and Fornubúðir 3 and 5 on the other, lifted. The application is dated 3 October and signed by Hinrik Kristjánsson, Managing Director of Kambs hf; Haraldur Jónsson, Managing Director of Haraldur Jónsson ehf; and Jón Rúnar Halldórsson, Managing Director of Fornubúðir Property Holding Company. The Harbour Board approved the application insofar as it concerns them, but on the condition that all owners in the relevant buildings have unrestricted access to their premises. The Harbour Board referred the matter to the Planning and Building Board for the necessary changes to the detailed plan.

      The Planning and Building Council instructs the Planning and Building Department to prepare an assessment of the application.

    • 1211268 – Uppland, Hafnarfjörður, new golf course

      A proposal from the Keilis golf club, dated 20.11.12, regarding the location of a new golf course was presented.

    • 1209223 – Budget for the Department of Planning and Building 2013.

      Continuation of the discussion on the fee schedules of the Department of Planning and Building.

      The Planning and Building Committee approves the proposal for the Planning and Building Department's fee schedule and refers the proposal to the Council.
