    • 1111078 – Employment and Continuing Education Programme in IT 2012

      The Sports Representative presented and laid before a draft work plan for the Sports Department for 2012.

    • 1111081 – Crossfit Hafnarfjörður, strength request

      A funding request was submitted from Crossfit Hafnarfjörður, requesting funding for the certification of coaches for a course for children and teenagers.

      The Sports and Leisure Committee cannot comply with the request.

    • 1110326 – Parents' Council of Hafnarfjörður, observer on the Family Council

      Minutes of the Family Council of 2nd November were taken for note. 8. 1110326 – Parents“ Council of Hafnarfjörður, observer at the Family Council. A submission from the Parents“ Council of Hafnarfjörður, dated 27th October, regarding a request for an observer at meetings of the Family Council of Hafnarfjörður.$line$Conclusions of the meeting:$line$Referred to the Sports and Leisure Committee."

      A resolution from the Annual General Meeting of the Reykjavik Ski Council, held on 27th October, was presented for information.

      The Sports and Leisure Committee expresses its support for the work undertaken by the board of the Capital Region Ski Area regarding snow production at Bláfjöll.

      The minutes of the Sports Association of Hafnarfjörður from 11th October were presented for information.

    • 0901162 – Minutes 2011, Youth Council of Hafnarfjörður, UMH,

      The minutes of the Youth Council of Hafnarfjörður from 4th November were presented for information. They include, among other things, the appointment of a new observer to the Sports and Leisure Committee, Sverrir Þrastarson.

      The Sports and Leisure Committee welcomes a new observer.
