Hafnarfjörður is inviting tenders for the lease of the 2nd floor of Ásvallalaug, to be used as a fitness centre, and the ground floor of the swimming pool, to be used as a restaurant.
Hafnarfjörður is inviting tenders for the lease of facilities at Ásvallalaug.
Hafnarfjörður Municipality invites tenders for the lease of 585.4 m2 premises on the 2nd floor of Ásvallalaug where a fitness centre shall be operated and a 30.6 m2 premises on the first floor of the swimming pool where a canteen shall be located. The premises are let for a 5-year term with the possibility of a 3-year extension. The premises are let ready for use, without any movable equipment, in the condition it is in, and must be returned in no worse condition at the end of the tenancy.
Tender documents are available from the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre. A site visit will take place on 10 June at 11 am (gym) and 12 pm (cafeteria).
Bids for the fitness centre facilities must be submitted to the service desk by 11:00 on 21 June. Bids for the catering facilities must be submitted to the same place by 11:00 on 28 June 2016.
