Proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for Íshella 1, 3 and 3a in Hafnarfjörður

The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 1 December 2015 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plots at Íshella 1, 3 and 3a, in accordance with Article 43, paragraph 1 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010.  The amendment involves the merger of plots 1, 3 and 3a into a single plot. A portion of the street will be dedicated to the plot. The plot's utilisation ratio will be 0.5. The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, 8-10 Strandgata, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, 2 Norðurhellu, from 07.03.2016 to 11.04.2016.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 11 April 2016. Those who do not submit objections to the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
