The Environmental Agency is announcing a proposal for an amendment to the operating licence of Malbikunarstöðvarinnar Höfða hf. at Álhellu 34, Hafnarfjörður.  The change consists of not requiring an oil separator in the lorry bay spray area, provided that water-soluble coating agents are used.

Comments on the draft professional licence application must be in writing and sent to the Environmental Agency (ust@ust.is) marked UST202209-170, comments will be published upon issue unless otherwise requested. A justification will accompany the operating licence upon a decision to make an amendment, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation No. 550/2018.

The deadline for submitting comments is 13 February 2023.
