The Krýsuvíkurvegur will be excavated and the Suðurnesjalína buried underground on Saturday, 23rd August. The Krýsuvíkurvegur will therefore be closed from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Traffic will be diverted via Hvaleyrarvegur for a short section during this time.
