Road closures for the 17th of June celebrations and parade
Due to the parade and 17th June celebrations, there will be temporary traffic closures and/or controlled traffic. In effect between 12:00 and 22:00 on Tuesday, 17th June.
Due to a parade for the 17th of June, traffic will be manually controlled from Flensborg down Hringbrautin to Lækjartorg, Lækjargata and from there to Strandgata, between 13:00 and 13:30.
End of day
Due to the 17th of June celebrations, there will be temporary traffic closures on Strandgata (from Lækjargata to Bæjartorg), Linnetstígur (from Fjarðargata to Hverfisgata), and all of Austurgata between 12:00 and 18:00. Strandgata will be closed until 22:00. Tjarnarbraut from Arnarhraun to Hörðuvellir will be closed between 13:00 and 16:00.
