Due to a swimming competition, Ásvallalaug will be closed to the public all day on Saturday, 19th October. The pool will reopen to the public at 2 p.m. on Sunday and will be open until 5 p.m. Gym Heilsa will be open during the competition. Suðurbæjarlaug is open over the weekend, from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
