The Haukar basketball department is offering residents of Hafnarfjörður the service of collecting their Christmas tree from their doorstep after the holidays and recycling it, in collaboration with Terra. To register, you must book and pay for the service on körfubolti.is by midnight on Thursday, 5th January. The tree is placed at the property line or in the garden by around 6 p.m. on 6 January, and Haukar will collect it later that evening. For further information, please contact Stefán on 525-8703 during office hours.
Sorpa will accept all trees after the holidays – The opening hours for the tip are available here.
