Change to the three-unit subdivision plan

That 4th November There will be an open house at Norðurhalla 4, between 9:00 and 15:00, where you will be able to familiarise yourself with the following proposals.

Change to the detailed plan for Ásland 4.

The change involves converting 54 single-dwelling plots into 14 semi-detached houses and 14 terraced houses. The number of dwellings in the neighbourhood will increase by 21. A residential core with 6-7 dwellings is also proposed. The deadline for comments is 27 November.

Change to the detailed plan, Vellir central area, for Tjarnarvellir 1

The change consists of not extending the car park beyond the plot and a change to the height levels. The deadline for comments is 27 November.

Amendment to the detailed plan for Skarðshlíð, Phase 3, concerning Tinuskörð 24.

The amendment provides for increasing the number of flats from 5 to 6, and adding one parking space. The deadline for comments is 13 November.
