Yesterday, Mayor Rósa Guðbjartsdóttir and Helgi Gunnarsson, on behalf of GG Verk, signed a contract for the development of the Dvergsreit site following the outcome of the tender. The detailed plan is in its final stages and construction is expected to begin early in the autumn.

Construction works on Kaldárselsveg
Work has begun on the renewal of Kaldársel Road, including the construction of footpaths and cycle paths, and landscaping of the surrounding area.
