A lecture on inheritance law and related matters with Elísabet Pétursdóttir, a solicitor at the Hafnarfjörður Legal Service.
Elísabet will review various practical aspects of inheritance law, such as the main rules of inheritance that are essential to know, how to draw up a will, what matters a will commonly deals with, and what rights an individual has as a co-owner of an undivided estate. The session will also cover matters relating to pre-paid inheritances, inheritance tax, and other topics. Time will be provided for general questions and a discussion of the subject.
