Amendment to the detailed plan for the industrial estate east of Reykjavikurvegur
Hafnarfjörður Town Council, at its meeting on 7 December 2022, approved the publication of a proposal for a change to the detailed plan for the plots at Dalshraun 7 and 9B, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. This concerns an amendment to the detailed plan for the industrial estate east of Reykjavikurvegur.
The amendment to the detailed plan involves the consolidation of plots Dalshrauns 7 and 9b. A right of way for a footpath between the plots will be removed, and a new building envelope is proposed for a two-storey connecting structure between the buildings on the plots. The maximum height of the connecting building will be 7.25m and the plot ratio will be N=0.76.
The draft local plan will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Customer Service Centre at Strandgata 6 and at the Department of Environment and Planning at Norðurhæð 2 from 23.12. 2022 – 03.02.2023. The data can also be viewed below.
