8 Vesturgata – key dates

• Enquiries regarding the property must be received by 12 noon on 9 March 2020 at the following email address: hafnarfjordur@hafnarfjordur.is. Enquiries will be answered on 13 March 2020.
• The deadline for tenders is 10:00 on Friday, 20 March 2020.

The bidder shall, with their bid for the rent, submit a statement detailing the type of activity planned for the premises. It must also include comprehensive information about the bidder, such as financial information, solvency, and details of any partners, where applicable. When evaluating bids, as previously stated, particular consideration will be given to ideas that are considered to strengthen the activities and enhance the social life of the city centre.

Offers must be received by Hafnarfjörður Municipality, Strandgata 6, marked – Vesturgata 8 – by 10:00 on 20 March 2020. On the same day and at the same time, the tenders will be opened in the Council Chamber of Hafnarfjörður Town Hall in the presence of bidders who so wish.
