At the meeting of the Planning and Building Committee on 10 January 2017, it was agreed to publish a planning statement for Kaldárselsveg.
When work on the preparation of a detailed plan begins, the local council shall draw up a description of the planning project, which shall state the council's objectives for the detailed planning and provide information on the underlying assumptions, outline the existing policies and the proposed planning process, including public consultation and engagement with residents and other stakeholders.
