Decisions of the Municipal Council pursuant to subsection 3 of Article 41 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010 

New detailed plan for Ásvallabraut
At its meeting on 14 February, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved a proposal for a new detailed plan for Ásvallabraut. The proposal was advertised in accordance with section 1 of Article 41 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. Comments were received, and a response from the local council has been sent to those who submitted them. The decision of the municipal council can be appealed to the Environmental and Resource Appeal Board. The appeal period is one month from the publication of the notice of the plan's entry into force in the B-series of the Government Gazette. 

Decision of the municipal council pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 32 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010 

Amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfjörður 2013-2025
Altered alignment of Ásvallabraut and connection to Kaldárselsveg. The Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved on 14 February 2018 a proposal to amend the 2013–2025 Master Plan for Hafnarfjörður. The proposal was advertised from 14 March to 23 April 2018. The comments did not give rise to any changes to the proposal, and it has been sent to the Planning Authority for approval.
