At the meeting of the Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður on 6 November 2018, it was resolved to advertise a proposal for a local plan amendment for the plot at Brenniskarði 1-3, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.
At the meeting of the Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður on 6 November 2018, it was resolved to advertise a proposal for a local plan amendment for the plot at Brenniskarði 1-3, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.
The change consists of moving the parking spaces in the basement of Brenniskarð 1 to the area beneath the house at Brenniskarð 3 within the same plot. The layout of the parking spaces within the plot is altered. In addition, one more flat is added at Brenniskarð 3.
The proposals, together with the supporting documents, will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2, from 22 November 2018 to 3 January 2019.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður no later than 03.01.2019.
