The aim of the strategy is to further support student learning, development and, not least, well-being as a prerequisite for learning. The education strategy shall promote significant changes and meaningful innovations as part of positive school development. In addition, to put forward proposals for improved working conditions in schools, i.e. the working environment for students and staff.
